Broken Arrow Barndo

Broken arrow, ok

The Broken Arrow Barndominium is a 6,000 sq. ft. custom home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma—an inspiring project born from love, resilience, and vision. The homeowner and her late husband spent years designing their dream home together, and after his passing two years before construction began, she chose to honor their shared plans by moving forward with the build. Property Arts Construction led the project, with Brent and Chris Vans of Vans Construction handling the Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) installation. Pinnacle Engineer provided engineering services. Thanks to the precision and efficiency of SIP construction, the entire panel system was erected in just 13 days—even with weather delays. The result is a beautiful, high-performance barndominium that not only delivers on energy efficiency and structural integrity, but also stands as a heartfelt tribute to a dream fulfilled.
